In order to improve efficiencies and faster processing, effective October 1, 2022, Loyalty Management Group is offering two new online services for our clients: Applications and Estoppels.
To order Estoppels and/or Condo Questionnaires, please refer to the table below for information on processing time and fees.
Standard Processing Estoppel (Information Good for 30 Days)
Please provide form you need us to fill out and email for form to be returned. Can be updated ONCE within the first 30 days.
**NOTE: If owner is delinquent, you will be required to an add $179 to estoppel fee for processing**

This service allows potential applicants the ease of accessing the Association application online. Applicants will simply need to enter the property address in the search bar, complete and submit the required information. After that, they will get updates on the application status via email.
The fee for this service is $150 per applicant or married couple. Each additional applicant over the age of 18 will be required to submit an additional application to the Association and the additional $150 application fee.
